Return policy

I-Principles

Purchased items may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

All items purchased at a discount of 50% or more off their original price are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department or specialty stores, must be returned to the store where they were originally purchased and are subject to the return policy of the original retailer.

We recommend using a tracking and insurance shipping method for returns made by mail.

Marini Bay reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the items do not comply with the terms and conditions of our return and exchange policy. Items that do not comply with the terms and conditions of the policy may be returned to you.

II-Eligibility conditions

Purchased items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags intact and returned in their original packaging).

Swimwear and lingerie must be returned with the protective liner in place and must not show any signs of wear. For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear for example.

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or online order number.
